Up for sale is a comfy, clean, affordable camper.

I used it to live in, but have since moved into town amd no longer use.

It has done well in winters here when skirted. The AC blows cold and the heat hot. The hot water is a constant heat, in line heater (not a tank). AM FM stero. 12x8 toyhauler, barely used newer Queen size bed that has a washable cover for it. 3 burner stove, oven. Fridge freezer.

It comes with two 30 gallon tanks.

Three new tires (old ones had been screwed into for skirting, and not by me!), it was recently pulled from the RV site to my residence. Title in hand.

It is a 2004, and a very comfy and livable camper, bit it is a 2004 and low in cost compared to others. Its older and has sat through the winters outside.

Is it press polished pristine, no. Is tje price saying that, no.

It had been winterized and on one spot for years.

I manually put the water in the toilet with a cup and flush. Its been that way when I bought it and has been no big deal.

It has ever given me a problem. Ot has been good to me.

No leaks I am aware of, no problems I am aware of beyond what is stated.

It is older and a little weathered, but once inside you wouldn't know.

It is a nice place.
