Hay Lands Lease Available (Kidder County, ~270 Acres, 2024 Calendar Year Term)

Bids will be received for a hay lands lease available for the 2024 calendar year. The hay lands include approximately 270 acres of mixed-grass prairie in Kidder County as described below and shown on maps posted with this ad.

- Approximately 183 acres in the SW1/4 of Section 2 and the S1/2 of Section 3; in Township 140 North, Range 70 West, Kidder County, North Dakota; and

- Approximately 78 acres, excluding 2 acres of forest, in the N1/2S1/2 of Section 4; in Township 140 North, Range 70 West, Kidder County, North Dakota; and

- Approximately 11 acres in the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 4; in Township 140 North, Range 70 West, Kidder County, North Dakota.

This available land lease is for hay lands and the production of mixed-grass prairie hay on them; no other use is allowed.

Bids will be received until Saturday, March 30, 2024.

Lessors may accept or reject any bid at their discretion.

The winning bid will be accepted by Monday, April 1, 2024; unless no bids have met the lessors' reserve amount or multiple equal bids have been received, in which case, the top 3 or equal bidders will be allowed to increase their bids.

Payment for this available land lease will be required by Wednesday, May 1, 2024 or the land lease will be void.
