ISO Farm/Ranch PT Job/Housing: Trade labor for reduced rent

I am a young ag professional moving up from the Southeast starting a new career in Mandan soon. Come from a dairy/beef/rowcrop background and experienced with most farm equipment, managing beef cattle, dairy, haying/silage, etc. Interested in PT early am, evening, and/or weekend chore responsibilities near Mandan/Bis as a side-hustle to my full-time job. A potential arrangement with housing would kill two birds with one stone, but I would imagine that's a bit of a longshot.
