Experienced Dairy Herdsman Position Available.

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Dairy Herdsman to work on our 1,000-milk cow dairy farm located just south of Mandan, ND. Previous experience on a large dairy farm required. Includes cow health, monitoring, artificial insemination, ultrasound preg checking, heats, cow comfort and well fair, sorting pens, fresh cow protocols and wellness, computer and dairy comp experience needed, bi-lingual is a huge plus. Must be a self-motivated, organized, and efficient as the cow-advocate for the farm. Animal husbandry experience and education necessary. Involves making sure proper procedures and strict protocols of the farm are being followed at all times so will involve delegation to other employees and great communication with the team.
