350 SBC Chevy complete engine running one cylinder has low compression 60 psi

Running engine, one cylinder has low compression at 60 psi. Did leak down and exhaust valve leaks some, most of the leakage was coming from the rings. Other cylinders had 125 psi plus. Would make a good rebuilder. New starter. Came from 80s square body 4x4. Cash only located in Hazen
