Gift Shop Lead Attendant

The Peace Garden Gift Shop is located in the Conservatory and is open 7 days a week for the Summer season. As a small Gift Shop, staff have the opportunity to learn the various aspects of running Gift Shop from great customer service, POS systems, merchandise ordering and stock and more.

As the Gift Shop Lead, you will oversee the scheduling, training and performance of the staff, ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained, ensure financial information and reporting is completed and that great customer service is provided.

You will have previous experience in a retail setting, preferably including supervisory experience; have knowledge of customer service standards and procedures; knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
