Comes with all factory components and even the manual safety selector that you can easily reinstall. This has been a very reliable and great shooting pistol. Never had a malfunction in about 500 rounds. There is a few scratches on top on the slide from my belt buckle and carrying appendix. Just trying to downsize my collection of carry guns.
