1969 Sovereign Land Yacht 31 for Sale

Location: Cheyenne, WY (Willing to haul down to Colorado Springs, CO, North to Casper, WY, East to Sidney, and West to Rawlins, WY)

Could be restored or renovated. It has some of the original cabinets and trim. Electric can still work with a new battery wired into the back. Owned it for just under 4 years and put on new tires and lubed the bearings (were still good). Installed a rock guard window on front window. Only put about 9000 miles on it in the last 4 years. Still has a single waste tank installed that held water when we purchased it but we have never put any water into it since our purchase. Has title and some of the original documentation and brochures as well as some of the extendable shade gear.

Was going to renovate but ended up getting a divorce so we had to sadly abandon the project.
