Toro Greenmaster 3150

I have two toro greens mowers

One mower works but needs reel back lapping done and maybe bed knives (the one with catch buckets)

The second one Im working on getting it going but could be used as a parts mower engine cranks but isnt getting fuel and front left wheel is seized

Looking into other mowers they have been listed at $9000-$25000 looking to get $9000 for both

will split up if interested in just one
