Water plumbing inside pressures up well

New roof top air conditioner

Roof has been resealed

Propane system good water heater, furnace, stove working

Fridge does not cool

Flooring needs to be finished or replaced

Electric entrance step not working

Needs a couch or chairs

Generator is a 4,000 watt and needs a new carburetor.
