Front Office Attendant Hillcrest Acres
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Attendant to join our team at Hillcrest Acres RV Park. The Front Office Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth campground operations. Duties include greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls and emails, processing reservations and payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Process campground reservations and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area
Keep accurate records of campground occupancy and financial transactions
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Bathroom/ laundry cleaning as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including reservation management systems (experience with Campground Manager or similar software is a plus)
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of campground operations and outdoor recreation is desirable but not required.
