There is some roof damage from the high winds but we are moving, We were gonna stay and fix it but we just dont have the time also have the siding here too that needs to be done. Willing to consider offers. Want gone asap. Moving in 30 days.!

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom we did change the flooring in the living room to pretty much match the kitchen now instead of carpet but we will probably put new carpet back in before we move. The house is not completely finished and it needs to be sided due to changing the size of windows and as I stated before we do have roof damage now. This house was a complete remodel, this house is still too small for us. Has an entryway on the front of the house that we only use as storage because we havent done anything to it with a small porch attached. Has a shed in the yard and the sliding doors are off the living room that has a bigger deck too. Working on putting up a privacy fence just havent done it yet, have the materials for it. Serious buyers only. Needs some love to be finished had some big plans for this home but nothing works out the way we have planned and we just had another baby so an already too small of a home just got even smaller for us. A decent sized driveway also. Needs new siding put on, have it just havent gotten to it, the siding isnt terrible thats on, the roof needs to be redone now. Would wanna replace all the flooring again, kids. It has New furnace, new water heater, new plumbing, new 5 burner stove. We have put a lot of work and love into this home but still needs more. New vanity, etc. located in starcrest terrace. Must be approved by the court. Im not sure if it can be moved or not.
