33-year-old female looking for a roommate to live in the First Street Lofts in June or August ideally. Costs way less to live with a roommate there at around $863/month and love the lofts and especially the pet-washing station! I don't have pets but am open to having them. Heat and electric are paid for. Might be an apartment available on the 4th floor, although I only see a 2nd-floor available now. The view is gorgeous from all directions, but especially south. There's a nice patio with a fire pit, a gym, central air, a balcony and many more nice amenities. Conveniently located downtown. Deposit is about $633. We would have to apply and have background and credit checks. I'm also open to winter move-in since there might be more availability and sometimes the cost is less.
