Looking for a Pool & Hot Tub Service Technician for our growing pool business!

We are looking to hire a trustworthy and reliable pool & hot tub service technician to service and maintain our customers' swimming pools and hot tubs. As a service technician you will work under the Service Manager to maintain and service swimming pools in assigned areas. On the job training is provided but mechanical aptitude is a plus. Responsible for testing pool water and treating with chemicals as well as fixing any equipment that needs repair. Open pools in the spring and close pools in the fall. Cleaning swimming pools and hot tub tubs with authorized equipment. Work with Service Manger to order needed supplies and maintain service vehicles in clean and efficient condition. Communicate appropriately and professionally with manager, pool superintendent, office personnel, and customers. Learn the service software and record all pertinent information in customer record.

To ensure success as a service technician, you should have excellent knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance (or have a strong desire to learn and a willingness to take direction), be able to work with hazardous chemicals, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy equipment, ability to work in harsh weather conditions, professional appearance, and ability to work as a team as well as independently.

*In the summer we work 4 - 10 hour days so every other weekend is a a four day weekend!

*No scheduled weekends! Overtime is available but always with prior discussion and agreement.
