Overview: You are the person who makes things happen on the job site. You will use your construction knowledge and carpentry skills as you and another carpenter take on a wide variety of different projects, including: Bathroom Remodels, Kitchen Remodels, Additions, Decks, Interior/Exterior Remodels, and more! Need to have skills in both rough carpentry and finish carpentry, and for the Lead Carpenter, have the ability to lead another carpenter on the job site and the ability to self-manage on the job site.

Requirements:

- 5+ consecutive years of leadership/foreman experience in the residential construction industry.

- Ability to read floorplans and execute on the Scope of Work.

- Communication Skills, Great Attitude/Work Ethic, Attention to Detail, and Professional Behavior.

- Valid Driver's License
