Lead Carpenter Core Responsibilities:

Communicate and coordinate with Project Manager on a daily basis to ensure that expectations for work to be done are thoroughly understood.

Perform bags-on rough and finish carpentry work as needed, from dust protection through punch list. This will occasionally include some auxiliary trade work.

Ensuring a high quality standard for all trades performing work on each project. Inspecting all work done by self and others. Extreme ownership style!

Maintain a high level of customer service and interaction with our clients.

Maintain a professional appearance for client interaction.

Any and all other duties that arise or are delegated.

Skills and Experience:

Finish Carpentry and Cabinet experience REQUIRED

2+ years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling. Or graduate of a carpentry trade program.

Possess great communication skills for interaction with trade partners, management, and
