Am second owner since 2012. 38 ft, 3 slide outs (2 huge living room/kitchen slides), with newer slide out toppers, L shaped couch which makes into a double bed with air mattress, central vacuum, 2 new recliners, new 12 gallon water heater, ceiling fan, 14 ply tires, newer power awning, entertainment center with AM/FM, CD & DVD, LG tv in living room , refrigerator & water heater run on both electric & propane, new fan in bathroom, additional door from bedroom to bathroom, walk around queen bed with new mattress, dinette with 4 chairs, 87 gallon fresh water, 2 gray water tanks and 50 gallon black water, 2 air conditioners. Front & rear stabilizing jacks are electric. Additional stabilizers added to front jacks & rear jacks. Polar Package Insulation. Lots of storage inside and out. This camper was Jaycos top of the line model. Reason for selling, bought a newer camper.
