2007 Phoenix Aero Powered Parachute

This is about a 2007 Phoenix Aero powered parachute. I bought it from the original owner who had about 90 hours on it. I have only put about 8 or 9 hours on it since 2015. I am actually over the weight range for this aircraft. Ideally is about 150-225 pounds. I weigh in at 250.

Engine is a 40hp Rotax 447. Wing is a Red, White, and Blue Performance Design Barnstormer 400.

This aircraft was last flown more than 3 years ago and will need the following.

1. New battery for the electric start (motorcycle type)

2. Old fuel drained and possibly carb cleaned.

3. New fuel lines if they are brittle.

4. General cleaning and inspection.

Sold my house and need the storage building asap.
