I have 2 leather dark tan loveseats that recline, 2 fabric accent chairs that recline and 1 leather cream chair that also reclines. Come from a smoke and pet free home. The furniture is 3 years old and in EXCELLENT condition!! No rips/tears or stain. I will also throw in the carpet which 16 x 24. You can see the carpet in the accent chair picture.
