Seasonal Snow Removal

Interviewing immediately for an experienced seasonal snow remover. This person will be responsible to ensure routine snow removal efforts for contracted companies throughout Bismarck and Mandan areas are performed. Position is labor intensive, and you would be exposed to the winter elements. We do supply you with winter wear (bibs, coat and hat).

This position could turn into year-round employment based on performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Control workflow within your area of responsibility by maximizing productivity and minimizing breakdowns

Train and possibly manage employees on routine removal standards, practices and processes

Establish action plans for the specified area of responsibility

Operate light equipment snow blower

Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Able to handle exposure to extreme temperatures

Maintenance experience preferred

Hourly Wage starting at $25 or Depends on Experience
