It's a 38 ft with a 12 ft garage that has 2 large bunks that convert to an extra dining table for game/poker night and a pull down screen wall for those extra nice days. It has both 30 & 50 Amp service, onboard generator (oil changed Sept 2023, not used since, approx 150 hours of use), 20 ft electric awning, new safety steps, spare tire, and 2 deep cycle batteries. It has an extra 18 gal gas tank to fill your toys. We put rainguards on the remote control air vent/fans.
