Fiberglass exterior, ducted heat/AC, LP/electric refrigerator, power awning w/new fabric, new propane regulator, new CO alarm, new mattress used only once (2 nights), 2 zone radio, everything works as it should. Pulls great. Title in hand. We just found ourselves in need of a different floor plan.
