hay trailer 12 by 16; wheels need work. for this price its a project. You should be prepared to come pick it up on a trailer and take it home to get it ready for the job it can do. the scrap metal is worth more than this. Tires hold air but i would not plan to pull it a long distance until you make sure everything is roadworthy. price firm. Trailer it away or find something ready to go for more money...
